The Pinot Gris is part of the pinot family, he has smaller and bluish-grey coloured berries.
This vineyard’s yield is smaller, but produces a powerful and generous wine with a strong bouquet and a very nice flavour.
Generous in the mouth, his body tones with a fresh and elegant acidity and he lingers on the palate.
May be served with foie gras, fish, paté and meat, especially game.
He is also an outstanding aperitif.
Serve chilled (8- 10°C).
Cellaring wine (8 – 10 years).
This vintage has toasted and honey notes associated to the elegance of fresh fruit.
You will find the same freshness on the palate giving a nice balance with subtle tastes of apricot.
This Pinot Gris will be most appropriate on foie gras, desserts and aperitif.
