Grape variety:

The Pinot Gris is part of the pinot family, he has smaller and bluish-grey coloured berries.

This vineyard’s yield is smaller, but produces a powerful and generous wine with a strong bouquet and a very nice flavour.

Generous in the mouth, his body tones with a fresh and elegant acidity and he lingers on the palate.

May be served with foie gras, fish, paté and meat, especially game.

He is also an outstanding aperitif.
