On outstanding years, this wine is made with over ripened grapes and hand picked. The sugar concentration is due to “noble rot” (botrytis) on the berries.

A strict sorting is necessary for the making of this sweet wine.

Deep gold in colour, you will be charmed by his bouquet of candied fruits and honey. It is a full-bodied wine which lingers long on the palate with peach and apricots flavours.
