After maceration on stemmed grapes, this Pinot Noir is vinified in the traditional method in oak barrels, resulting in a full bodied wine with, in his youth, a fruity texture (cherry, raspberry and blackberry) developing more subtle flavours when ageing.

It is a light, fruity red wine, with a soft and elegant bouquet.
