AOC ALSACE RIESLING 2017

This is the Alsatian wine par excellence. It is the most outstanding, the finest and the most elegant Alsatian wine. Maturity is reached late, and production is even. It has existed in the Rhine valley for a very long time.

The Scherwiller Riesling grows on a silty, sandy and stony soil, in the surroundings of the village. This soil gives the wine briskness, raciness and elegance.

It’s a dry and slightly fruity wine which develops a great bouquet with a mineral and floral touch.

May be served with the most sophisticated dishes like “coq au Riesling”, sauerkraut, pies but also sea food, fish and roast chicken

May be a treat with soft cheese.

Serve chilled (8- 10°C).
May be kept for 5 years or more.

AOC ALSACE RIESLING RITTERSBERG 2017

Cuvée Sélectionnée

The Riesling Ortenberg grows on sandy and granitic hillsides. South-South-East exposure confers him its special character and uniqueness.

It benefits from a good amount of sunshine during the ripening period, so that the wine that it produced is distinguished from others by its fresh, ripe and lemony acidity.

This Riesling is racy and green. Keeps well and a few years of cellaring will bring up its mineral character.

It marries well with sea food, fish, chicken, sauerkraut, and pies

May also be a partner to soft cheese.

Serve chilled (8- 10°C).
May be kept for 5 years or more.

AOC ALSACE RIESLING Vieilles Vignes 2015

This Riesling was produced by vineyards more than 50 years old. The deep implanting of the roots reduces the yield, enhancing the concentration of aromas.

In the mouth, these aromas will come up, showing a good harmony between acidity and sweetness.

Can be serve as an aperitif wine or with sea food and grilled fish.
