After maceration on stemmed grapes, this Pinot Noir is vinified in the traditional method in oak barrels, resulting in a full bodied wine with, in his youth, a fruity texture (cherry, raspberry and blackberry) developing more subtle flavours when ageing.


It is a light, fruity red wine, with a soft and elegant bouquet.


Recommended for Beef, grilled meats, pies, pizzas and soft cheese.



Serve chilled (8° to 10°C) or at room temperature

Excellent wine for summer enjoyment, this Rosé is light, fresh, building up in the nose fruity flavours ( strawberry, raspberry, cherry) and a subtle spicy aroma.


Best to be drunk young.


Ideal wine for grilled dishes, cooked meat, pies, pizzas
